standard terms and conditions For RMA and Warranty

Warranty - products that are not performing as a promised or damaged 
RMA - return merchandise authorization - new in resellable condition products in original packaging

This is limited warranty applies to physical goods, and repair  electronic devices 

1- What does the limited warranty covered ?

  This limited warranty covered any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

   During the warranty period ITClub will repair or Replace, at no charge unless the customer will change the different part.

2- What will we do to correct the problems ?

​

   ITclub will either repair the products, at no charge using the new or refurbished replacement parts.

​

3- How long does the coverage last ?

​

   The warranty period for physical goods  purchased from ITclub 180 Days, and the replacement parts 90 days from the date of purchased 

​

4-What does this limited warranty not cover ?

​

   The limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by.

  physical damages , 

   Misuse.

RMA

  1. RMA is valid for 30 days. it will default on the 31 day after issuance

  2. any products returned to IT club without a valid return material authorization RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be returned to customer at customer's expense

  3. Customer are responsible for all shipping charges from their facility to ITClub 

  4. ITclub is not responsible for return shipping charge from ITclub to customer
