Order Cancellation

  1. Any returns must be authorized by a representative of the Seller and assigned an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number before any credit will be given. This RMA number must appear on all packaging and paperwork.

  2. Where the Seller agrees to accept the return of goods that are not damaged the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and will ensure that they are carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit. The Seller will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged in any way. The Seller will only accept returns that appear in the Sellers current Publication List.

  3. Credit of amounts due or paid in will only be given for goods that are in sale able condition.

  4. After receiving the Item contact ITClub within 14 days to confirm the cancellation and refund your money back. buyer will pay any custom and shipping fees  

Return policy details  

1. If you are not satisfied as you received the item, please return it within 14 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact me before you return it.
2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging with all components and accessories included,And you MUST provide us the return shipping information (The shipment or the tracking number).
3. Return shipping fee is to be paid by the buyers.We will not be responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
